Today i opened an amazing bottle of comtes de champagne by , this champagne house delivers quality in every single bottle. And their comtes de champagne is no exception, tough it is pricey it is definitely worth exploring. A 100% chardonnay which offers amazing fruitiness and a certain nuttiness because of its aging. The champagne is beautiful to enjoy on its own but can also be paired with culinary dishes, it would go perfectly with seafood or something with truffles. Highly recommendable for every champagne lover! 🍾

Today i tried the Cuvée louise by . An amazing champagne with sublime tastes such as brioche and walnut. Do to its high percentage of chardonnay it also has a refreshing palette of citrus fruits. Its amazing craftsmanship worthy of enjoying, therefore i would not pair it with anything not to ruin the experience!

Starting 2024 in style, 28 year old champagne de venoge cuvée louis XV from the year 1996! Amazing champagne with aroma’s of nuts and brioche due to its long aging. It still has amazing frenshness in the taste with aroma’s of citrus and green apples aswel as the nutty notes. A great start of the year with the flagship of 🍾🍀🤩

Exactly one year ago i tried my first vintage 2012. Today i am trying the vintage 2013 wich also had the amazing dom perignon taste to it. It has a nice and fresh flavour palate consisting of plums, apricots and orange blossoms. It also holds some notes of citrus and black pepper. The amazing bubbles make it a lovely sensation on the tongue with a taste for more, best enjoyed on its own!

I’m a huge fan!

Today we are tasting one of the most renowned champagnes out of the region.
An amazing brut reserve by
Amazing bubbles and a lovely bouquet of aromas such as apple and citrus fruits.
Also some more evolved aromas of toast and brioche.
It’s and amazing champagne to drink as aperitif and also pairs beautifully with seafoods and other lighter meals

Today i opened a lovely bottle of rose de saignée champagne by
Amazing flavour off red and white fruits such as cherries and citrus flavours. Amazing bubbles and a beautiful aperitif 🥂🍾

Had this lovey rose champagne by last week.
Amazing amount of bubbles and a nice array of aromas. It mostly showcases aromas like cherry’s and raspberry’s and also some grapefruit.

I would serve it as an aperitif but pairing with seafood and white meat is also possible. 🥂🍾

Amazing Non-vintage blanc de blancs champagne by !
Perfect mousse with nice bubbles and a refreshing taste and finish. An extraordinary bouquet of flavours brought to your nose such as citrus and green apple, and just as much floral notes. The three years on lies also gave it the depth it needed to be THE BEST blanc de blancs on the market in my opinion.
It pairs beautifully with seafood or just as a nice aperitif.

Lovely Grande Dame 2004 by
Amazing flavours of aging like Brioche and toast, still nice and refreshing although it had lost quite a bit of its bubbles. Amazing to pair with fish and seafood!

The start of my five day visit to the champagne region was put in motion with a lovely visit to the house we had an amazing experience and tried 2 of their grand vintage champagnes
