Today we spotlight La Bretagne with a crepe recipe!
For four people you need 300g of buckwheat flour, one egg, salt, 200g of spinach, 300g of goat cheese
To prepare the dough: pour the flour and a little salt into a bowl, then add the water, stirring gradually. Beat the egg, add it and leave to rest for an hour.
Cook the spinach in a pan in a little salted butter and add the goat's cheese.
To make the pancakes, make sure the pan is hot, grease it with a little butter and gently spread the batter with a ladle. When the crepe is cooked, add the spinach and cheese!
