Depuis plusieurs jours, des chefs nous confient leurs demandes pour cet événement : des produits précis, des calibres particuliers, des exigences élevées et des délais à respecter.
C’est dans ces moments que notre métier prend tout son sens.
Comprendre l’intention du chef.
Trouver le produit juste.

Le sélectionner, le contrôler et organiser son départ jusqu’à Bangkok avec la plus grande rigueur.

Nous ne serons peut-ĂŞtre pas sous les projecteurs.
Mais certains des produits sélectionnés ici prendront bientôt place dans les assiettes imaginées par de grands chefs internationaux.
