Exciting news, everyone! You can now find WitchDruid beers at the Cernunnos Pizza food truck!

Cernunnos crafts incredible pizzas using ancient grain dough. Whether it’s the Cernunnos, the Belenos, or any of their other creations, you’re in for a treat. My personal favorite? The Chèvre-Miel (goat cheese & honey). Trust me, it’s a must-try!

📍 Where to find them:

Thursdays: Cuissai (by the church)

Fridays: Condé-sur-Sarthe (Parking salle polyvalente / école / city stade)

Spring is in the air, and new brews are in the tanks! 🌸

While the snowdrops are waking up, things are heating up at the brewery. We have two very special projects to share:

✨ Brighid – Our brand-new hoppy, non-alcoholic ale. Named after the Goddess of fire and healing, and as a tribute to our beloved sheep Brighid who we lost last year. She is pure, honest, and almost ready for you to taste!

🍯 The Dark Side – Next week, we start something completely different: a Honey Porter (or Braggot). A deep, rich blend of mead and English porter (8-9%). This one is a "slow mover" and will be maturing until 2027!

Le printemps pointe le bout de son nez, en même temps que nos nouveautés ! 🌸

Alors que les perce-neiges s'épanouissent, la brasserie s'active. Voici deux projets qui nous tiennent à cœur :

✨ Brighid – Notre toute nouvelle "hoppy ale" sans alcool. Un nom en hommage à la déesse du feu, mais aussi à notre chère brebis Brighid, disparue l'an dernier. Une bière pure, authentique et bientôt prête à la dégustation !

🍯 Côté Sombre – La semaine prochaine, place à un tout autre style : un Honey Porter (ou Braggot). Un mélange intense entre hydromel et porter anglais (8-9%). Il faudra être patient : celle-ci va maturer jusqu'en 2027 !

The Druid is back at the kettle! 🧙‍♂️🍻

After a short break due to the winter storms and snow, the brewing has finally resumed! We have so many exciting plans and ideas for 2026.

Here’s what’s bubbling up:

✅ Big News: I’ve officially transitioned to a new business structure! This means I can now supply your favorite restaurants, bars, and shops. ✅ Going Global: Very soon, I’ll be able to ship our brews across the EU! I’ll keep you posted on the launch date. ✅ Stay in the Loop: Want to be the first to know about new releases and special offers? Subscribe to our newsletter, “The Druid’s Brew”! And last but not least... Two brand new beers are on the way! 🍺 The first one was brewed just yesterday and is currently fermenting, while the second one is scheduled for next week. Here’s a little teaser: one of these will be our very first alcohol-free beer! 🚫🍻

Le Druide est de retour aux fourneaux ! 🧙‍♂️🍻

Après une petite pause forcée à cause de la neige et des tempêtes, le brassage a enfin repris ! Nous débordons d'idées et de projets pour cette année 2026.

Voici les dernières nouvelles :

✅ Grande étape : J'ai changé de structure d'entreprise ! Je peux désormais livrer officiellement les restaurants, les bars et les boutiques. ✅ Bientôt partout : Très prochainement, nous livrerons également dans toute l'UE ! Je vous tiens au courant très vite. ✅ Ne ratez rien : Vous voulez être informé des nouveaux brassins et de nos offres spéciales ? Inscrivez-vous à notre newsletter "The Druid’s Brew" ! Et enfin, le meilleur voor de la fin... Deux nouvelles bières sont au programme ! 🍺 La première a été brassée hier et est en pleine fermentation, et la deuxième sera brassée, on l'espère, la semaine prochaine. Un petit indice : l'une d'entre elles sera une bière sans alcool ! 🚫🍻

Well… The Druid was all set for a great brewing session. But Mother Nature had other plans! With the snow falling down, there's a real chance of power outages here. ❄️

So, what’s a brewer to do? First, some necessary paperwork, and after that? Pure inspiration! As a Druid, I’m exploring the possibilities for new brews in the coming season. 🌿

And tonight? I’ll be enjoying a winter warmer myself: Mr. Cruydt Pumpkin Spice Ale. 🍺

Bon... Le Druide avait prévu une belle séance de brassage aujourd'hui. Mais bon, la météo en a décidé autrement ! ❄️ La neige tombe et le risque de coupure de courant est bien réel.

Alors, on fait quoi dans ces cas-là ? Un peu d'administration pour commencer, et ensuite ? Place à l'inspiration ! En tant que Druide, j'explore toutes les possibilités pour mes prochains brassins de la saison à venir. 🌿

Et ce soir, je m'accorde un délicieux moment de réconfort avec un "winter warmer" : notre Mr. Cruydt Pumpkin Spice Ale. 🍺

🍻 A new member of the WitchDruid family has arrived!

We proudly introduce: Cailleach Stout! 🌑

This magnificent stout is named after Cailleach, the legendary Celtic goddess who rules over winter and the winds. Just like the goddess herself, this beer is powerful and invigorating.

What can you expect?

A deliciously creamy texture.

A perfectly sessionable 5.3% ABV.

A flavor that suits every season of the year.

We carefully bottled her last week, and today she received her final label. The Cailleach Stout is the ideal companion, whether you are warming up by a fireplace 🏡 or enjoying a gentle evening by a campfire under the stars ✨.
