Le samedi 10 octobre, François Despagne vous reçoit chez lui, au Château Grand Corbin-Despagne, pour un Déjeuner Vigneron placé sous le signe de la transmission et du temps. 
 
Au fil d’un déjeuner convivial, découvrez une verticale commentée de 4 millésimes de Grands Crus Classés, accompagnée d’une cuisine raffinée et authentique. 
 
Un voyage gustatif à travers les époques, où chaque millésime raconte une histoire du terroir de Saint-Émilion.

La vigne change de couleur, les vendanges approchent. 
La véraison marque le début d’une période essentielle dans la maturation des raisins. En quelques semaines, les baies évoluent profondément, jusqu’à atteindre l’équilibre recherché pour chaque parcelle. 
À Grand Corbin-Despagne, nous suivons cette évolution jour après jour, jusqu’au moment où chaque parcelle sera prête à être vendangée. 
 
The vineyard is changing colour, and harvest is getting closer.  
Veraison marks the beginning of a crucial stage in grape ripening. Over the following weeks, the berries undergo significant changes until they reach the balance sought for each parcel. 
At Grand Corbin-Despagne, we follow this evolution day after day, until each parcel is ready to be harvested.
