This week, we picked 300 kg of local organic green plums for our future Umeshu!

If you haven’t met Umeshu yet: it’s a Japanese-style plum liqueur made by letting green plums slowly infuse in alcohol until they turn into something sweet, bright and dangerously easy to love.

Ours is now resting and doing its magic. We’ll get to taste it in about a year. Until then, our 2023 Umeshu is still available at the winery.

Come by, have a sip, and definitely fall in love with it!
