Occasionally you get one of those meals you’ll never forget, either because of the company or the food. This was my first experience of Portuguese suckling pig. This golden, crispy, succulent platter of porcine deliciousness arrived with an incredibly piquant sauce - “pig sauce” later described as Molho Leitão was redolent with black pepper, bay, and garlic. Proper local food served in a packed lunchtime service. Absolutely knock-out!
