Hi, I am an English lady based in Sourdeval, Basse Normandie, France and now supply home made cakes of all varieties.... I do cake decorating classes, get 3 or 4 of you together and I will come to you and teach you how to make cakes, ice & decorate them! I make cakes of all varieties.... Chocolate, vanilla or fruit cakes which can be decorated simply, or with a photo or with more intricate designs in sugar, dependant on budget.

So I guess when you make cakes you have to make your own when it's a special birthday!! I loved doing this and I love this style, it's sponge cake inside coloured chocolate ganache...
