As you know, our team is fully committed this May to supporting Imagine for Margo, an association fighting pediatric cancers.

Together, we’ve taken on a step challenge where €50 is donated for every 150,000 steps completed.

And at the halfway point:
✅ 4 team members have already reached the goal
💪 The rest of the team is more motivated than ever to get there!

And this is just the beginning — don’t forget, we’ll also be present at the Children without cancer city run taking place in Paris La Défense on June 2nd.

From the heart of Auvergne, Société Fromagère du Livradois brings you the bold, creamy flavors of PDO Bleu d'Auvergne cheese 🧀🌿. This Romaine Lettuce with Bleu d’Auvergne recipe serves 6 and is ready in just 10 minutes. Perfect for a fresh, flavorful gathering! 🥗✨

Here’s how to make it:
1️⃣ Prepare the PDO Bleu d'Auvergne dressing: peel and finely chop the garlic, then fry it with pine nuts in olive oil until golden. Blend the Bleu d'Auvergne with cream and the garlic-pine nut oil, then add honey and mignonette pepper.
2️⃣ Cut the gingerbread into cubes and dry them in the oven.
3️⃣ Cut the romaine lettuce leaves, season them with the Bleu d'Auvergne vinaigrette, and arrange them on plates with gingerbread croutons and slices of dried duck breast.
