I'm having a glass of a new vintage of Motus tonight. The 2019 won the Coup de Coeur of all the Cotes du Roussillon rouge w**es on the UK market.

This 2021 is different but perhaps even more appealing. It's not got the distinct Roast Beef aroma of the 2019 but is equally rich and deep with more of a herby Boeuf Bourguignon smell and a smoother, richer palate.

"Vous aimez le vin, vous aimerez rencontrer ce vigneron qui viendra vous raconter sa passionnante histoire, et qui viendra au fil de la dégustation vous parler avec passion de ses "enfants", c'est à dire ses créations viticoles. Vous dégusterez divers blancs et rouges, à chaque fois accompagné par un type de fromage venant parfaitement se marier et venant débusquer les divers aromes de chaque vin. Vous ne verrez pas passer le temps. On dit qu'il faut boire "avec modération", oui pour le vin, mais buvez ses paroles sans aucune limite ! Votre vigneron est quelqu'un de très sympathique, accueillant, et qui sait vous emmener dans son monde.... Vous ne serez nullement déçu !!! A venir et à revenir !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
