📍Sur la parcelle « Le Vasset », 1000 plants prennent racine sur 10 ares exposés plein sud.
Matinée : calculs et précision
1 mètre entre chaque rang, 1 mètre entre chaque plant. On trace au sol l’emplacement de chaque futur plant. Chaque geste prépare la taille en Guyot des Chardonnay.
Après-midi : place au terrain
Sous les 25 °C de ce 9 avril, chaque plant est préparé puis mis en terre à la main, un à un.
Greffe entre bois américain et bois français : assemblage de deux plants pour une vigne plus résistante.

Grafting between American rootstock and French vines: combining two plants to create a more resistant vine.
