We have a 36 month Steer in the Butchery at the moment, coming back ready for sale in approx 10kg boxes of mixed cuts
Boxes available for collection on the 21st May .
Matured for 3 weeks, to bring out extra flavor .
Typical boxes contain a mix of Steaks, Sirloin, Rump, Ribeye, some filet, sometimes Flat Iron and Bavette.
A mix of handy sized roasting joints.
Half kilo bags of Lean Mince, Stewing Steak, there will be minute steaks, braising steak.
No two boxes are identical, but all much the same.
All individually vaccum packed and ready to use or freeze.

We will have good quality Burgers available as an option on the day of collection.
Please remember, we do not deliver, we do not ask for payment until you collect at our Farm in Abbotts Ann Andover.
