At last some sunny weather and a chance for Forest Lodge to welcome another visitor. The hedges are full and lush at the moment, so perfect for a goat browsing walk.

Thank you to our visitors today for being so kind and gentle with all our animals and for sending over the photos.

What stunning weather we're having at the moment, perhaps a bit too hot at times but it didn't stop us all having fun at Forest Lodge yesterday. Everyone was kept well watered. 💧

Our visitors yesterday enjoyed taking Buddy, Buzz and Kevin for a lush browse walk, our new little lambs were grateful for their mid day feed and a bumper number of eggs were collected.🥚 🍳

Forest Lodge welcomed 3 orphan lambs today. They will need bottle feeds for the next couple of weeks, visit our website to find out more and how to book, places are filling fast for half term already. Hope to hear from you soon 😊

I had a brilliant time hosting a birthday treat for one young man here at Forest Lodge yesterday. With thanks to his mum for sending me the photos to share. We fed the hens, goats and lambs, collected the eggs and took the goats for a browsing walk. Buddy was the favourite, mainly because he had a blue lead 🤭 blue was the favourite colour and so Billy the blue tractor just had to be played on. We finished off with a tractor treasure trail around the farm.
