🎄✨ CHRISTMAS IN NEED: Fingers and Tums & The Coffee Bean Join Forces! ✨🎄
Christmas is a time for community, family, and coming together. But we know that for many, it can also bring a lot of financial pressure and worry. This year, we want to make sure nobody in our community goes without a hot meal, a warm drink, and some festive cheer.
On December 25th, we are opening our doors and our hearts for a Christmas in Need event.
🎁 What’s Happening on Christmas Day?
🍗 Free Christmas Dinners: The team at Fingers and Tums will be cooking up and serving free, delicious Christmas dinners for families who are facing a tough time this holiday season.
☕ Free Hot Drinks: The amazing folks at The Coffee Bean have generously volunteered their time on Christmas Day to come out and serve free teas and coffees to keep everyone warm and cozy while they wait for their dinners!
🎨 Kids’ Corner & Grotto: We’ll have face painting and fun activities to keep the little ones entertained, plus a special little something for them to take home!
❤️ How You Can Help Us Make It Happen
To make this day as magical as possible, we are calling on our incredible community for a little bit of Christmas magic. We are looking for:
📦 Donations for a Cause: We are accepting cash and gift donations to help support the event. 100% of all funds raised will be split directly between two local charities to support their vital work. Every little bit helps!
🎪 Equipment Loans: If anyone has any gazebos, tables, or chairs they could lend us for the day so we can keep everyone comfortable and dry, it would be massively appreciated!
🟢 Our Christmas Grinch! We are on the hunt for a volunteer willing to dress up as the Grinch to spread some holiday laughs and hand out treats to the children. (Suit provided, fun guaranteed!).
📝 Know a Family Who Needs a Dinner?
We want to make sure this food gets to the people who need it most. We are putting together an Eligibility List.
If you know a family who is struggling and would benefit from a hot Christmas dinner, please tag them in the comments below, share this post, or send us a private message with their details to get them on the list. All messages will be kept strictly confidential.

This is bringing the heat and there's not long to go

Hi everyone I often get asked about food challenges and from next week I've decided I'm going to bring out the big guns and see who's going to be brave enough to come and handle these bad boys!!

So before I get to the challenge itself I just want to shout out Grey Trees Brewery for sponsoring us with the gluten free beer to make these beer infused smoked chicken wings there are an amazing company producing brilliant delicious products and we can't thank them enough ❤️❤️

Now the challenge is going to have some rules:
- you have to be over 18+ to participate
- you will not be allowed to drive after the challenge ( so get a friend to bring you)
- you have to complete each stage before you can move to the next one
- if you complete the challenge it's completely FREE and you will get a FREE T-shirt
- you will also have to sign a waiver

This challenge will not be for the faint hearted but if you think you can handle it then come pop your name or your friends name you think can handle it.

We will be filming each challenge and because if you don't lead my example then you can't trust the sauce 🤪 so I will be attempting this myself

So the challenge......
Stage 1) 3 wings to be eaten
Stage 2) drink a bottle of water
Stage 3) 3 wings to be eaten
Stage 4) drink a bottle of water
Stage 5) 3 wings to be eaten
Stage 6) WAIT 3 MINUTES
