Zesty Lemon madeira sponge soaked in My very own home made Lemon-cello, in Raspberry jelly topped of with Vanilla custard and a shot of fresh cream.

Good evening potters, so things are getting back to normal in the Delights kitchen after such a long time so thank you all for being patient and continuing to support my little page.
In anticipation for the finished product I have an autumn favourite of roast Beetroot and red onion Chutney, and to follow why not treat yourselves to my cheeky Lemoncello and Raspberry sweet pots.
Also I have a fresh batch of my original sweet chilli Jam to Jaz up your supper.

Good evening potters,
Firstly I want to thank all my customers for being patient and bearing with me for the past few weeks.
Secondly I have a new kitchen, New hob and I am rearing to get going creating new and exciting pots for you all.
And finally the wait is over…..the first pots are ready to go.
Bringing back my best selling Pot. “Sweet Chilli Jam” is back in stock.
Unfortunately like everything costs have risen but I have tried my best to keep them down. The pots are £3.

Evening fellow potters. I would like to apologise for not being around the past few weeks. Those of you whom are close know We have recently moved and its been manic. But I want to reassure everyone of you that Pots of Delight wil be back in full swing very shortly.

Good Afternoon my fellow potters. After a refreshing break away I’m now back with lots of fresh ideas for new pots. For the weekend I have on offer 2 Boozy Delights. The first is a Peach Melba Pot, combining raspberry and peaches topped with a vanilla custard and finished off with a swirl of cream. The 2nd of my pots is a fresh Lime Mojito jelly topped with a hint of mint cream and shavings of dark minty chocolate. I have 8 of each pots, pm me if interested. Many Thanks ###

Good Evening my fellow Potters.
I have been busy yet again creating more yummy pots of delights this time suggestted by one-of my loyal customers Claire Eynon. Next and new for 2022 is my Zesty, Sharp lemony Cello Pots. Zesty lemon jelly, with a lemoncello soaked biscuit, covered in Sharp Lemon Curd and topped with fresh cream, white Chocolate and a ripe Blackberry for extra zing which im sure will please the sweetest of pallets.

Sold out…Ok My Delightful followers, as promised for 2022 here is the first of my creations.
Please say a warm hello to my Boozy Black Forest Trifle.
A warming Cherry Brandy jelly full of Chocolate sponge and fresh cherries, covered in a glorious chocolate custard and topped with fresh whipped cream. Just enough sweetness to fix that craving.
Unfortunately due to demand I only have 6 of these left. Dm me if interested.

Afternoon all, I would like to wish all my supporters a happy new year and a prosperous 2022.
You may have noticed I have been a little quiet on here since December but I can assure you all I have been busy with new recipes and pots to make 2022 our biggest year yet.
On the cards we have some Cheeky mango Chutney, a delightful Orange and Brandy Marmalade as well as a new range of sweet treats such as my Black Forest trifle.
Thank you all for your support in 2021 and I hope you will continue to support me through this year.
For all those that where not lucky enough to grab my pots last year there is a limited supply at the Conway Aberdare including Sweet chilli Jam and my Christmas cracker of port and cranberry sauce.
