New Cheese in store

Sinodun Hill Cheese, an award-winning, pasteurised goats' milk cheese produced by Fraser Norton and Rachel Yarrow in Wales. Shaped like a truncated pyramid with a wrinkly rind, this soft, mousse-like cheese offers a fresh, citrusy flavor with notes of almond. The ivory-coloured rind develops subtle blue and grey molds as it ages, providing a complex flavour profile.

Awards: It won Best New Cheese at the 2017 British Artisan Cheese Awards, Gold at the 2018 World Cheese Awards, and was named Best Artisan Cheese at the 2022 World Cheese Awards.

And still a firm favourite with Blas customers - Pant ys Gawn. This beautifully fresh, creamy goats’ cheese tastes deliciously salty and lemony; try it grilled, spread in a sandwich or crumbled into a salad.
