Last month at the stunning Granite Suite in The Chester Hotel, the JEllie Foundation marked the closing of the Spring edition of The Signature Food Festival with an unforgettable music event with the brilliant Tom Grennan 🎶

With incredible performances from Mad Hen and Gypsy Queen alongside the headline energy, the atmosphere was electric from start to finish ⚡

A room full of great music, great people, and all for an amazing cause ❤️

This past weekend we enjoyed two fantastic evenings at the Signature Food Festival as we welcomed the exceptional Lisa Goodwin-Allen to The Chester Hotel in Aberdeen.

Guests experienced a beautifully crafted menu that showcased Lisa’s bold flavours, refined technique and celebrated culinary style, making for two truly memorable nights of world-class dining.

The events also marked the final dinners of our Spring Signature Food Festival series, which has been an incredible success. A huge thank you to all the chefs, guests and supporters who have helped make the series so special.

Our sincere thanks to Lisa and her team for supporting the JEllie Foundation, helping the festival continue its work raising funds for local good causes.

We enjoyed two more memorable evenings at the Signature Food Festival this week as we welcomed the outstanding Claude Bosi and his team from Brooklands to The Chester Hotel in Aberdeen.

Guests were treated to a beautifully crafted menu that showcased Claude’s refined technique, bold flavours and the distinctive style that has made Brooklands one of the UK’s most exciting dining destinations. It was a pleasure to host such an acclaimed chef and share two special nights of world-class dining.
