We work with two types of bees, Buckfast bees and Carniolan bees that live in 200 beehives. They are very hard workers and do not mind wet or cold weather therefore adopt very well to Scottish conditions. Our methods of beekeeping guarantee a wild harvested, pure raw honey produced by healthy bees which is the best certificate of quality we can think of. Our head beekeeper Sebastian, comes from Po
land where he was thought methods of beekeeping in one of greenest areas of Central Europe. Sebastian continued his education at College and then at University where he received high class qualification in beekeeping. Bees where one of the firsts insects that humans domesticated and started farming. At our farm we blend tradition and respect with academic knowledge and experience gained in Poland, Germany and the UK. This unique combination enabled us to formulate a successful method of spawning variety of products from the heart of the beehive which hopefully you will all enjoy.
