Fountainhall Wines Fountainhall Wines is an independent family-run business, owned by Jim & Steve McQueen, with stores in Aberdeen & Stonehaven.

We specialise in red, white & sparkling wines, whiskies, spirits, & craft beers, offering local delivery & UK-wide shipping. Our aim is to provide excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff on hand offering advice on our fantastic selection of wines, beers and spirits. We offer services such as delivery, free glass loan, sale or return, gift vouchers, gift wrap, hosting wine tastings and can supply you with drink for any event (weddings, parties, corporate events etc). We are constantly looking at ways in which we can improve our range and strive to action requests made by our customers.

AVAILABLE TO PRE-ORDER EXCLUSIVELY FROM FOUNTAINHALL WINES!

We're delighted to announce that the Kilwhang Wh**ky x The Stonehaven Fireballs 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Wh**ky is now available to pre-order exclusively from Fountainhall W**es!

Distilled at Dalmunach Distillery in Carron, Speyside, this 10 year old single malt has been specially selected and bottled by Kilwhang, in collaboration with the Stonehaven Fireballs Committee, to celebrate Stonehaven's world-famous Fireballs ceremony.

Each bottle is individually numbered, we're giving you the opportunity to choose your preferred bottle number when ordering, subject to availability!

Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, lucky number or simply a number that's special to you, you can check availability and select your exact bottle number directly on our website.

The last time we released a special single cask bottling for the Stonehaven Fireballs, every bottle sold out before Christmas! With just 300 bottles available in this release, we'd recommend securing yours early, particularly if you have a special bottle number in mind.

To celebrate the launch, we're hosting a wh**ky tasting evening at Number 44, where guests will have the very first opportunity to taste this release!

We'll be tasting six drams throughout the evening, including the new Stonehaven Fireballs wh**ky.

A fantastic evening at the Heart of the High Street Awards last night.

I didn’t take home an award, but being a finalist meant a lot. Thank you to those who nominated me, everyone who voted, and our customers for all your support.

Stoney had some big wins – Casa Luisa, But n’ Ben Books & Elevate. Congratulations to all the winners and fellow finalists!

A special thank you to Audrey from Dash Cabs for going above and beyond as usual, getting all the Stonehaven finalists to the awards and safely home again. Very much appreciated!

This year, Munich’s Oktoberfest runs from 19th September to 4th October - and we’ve still got plenty of Oktoberfest b**rs ready for the occasion.

From the classics like Augustiner, Hofbräu, Paulaner, Spaten & Löwenbräu to a few Festbier favourites you might not have tried before, there’s plenty to choose from.

With the final day of voting for the Heart of the High Street Awards fast approaching, we thought we’d give you a little reminder to register and cast your vote!

We’re incredibly proud to have Steve shortlisted for the Outstanding Individual Award - but he’s not the only familiar Stonehaven face in the running.

Sergio from Casa Luisa is also shortlisted for Outstanding Individual, as well as The Warm Welcome Award. If you’ve ever had the pleasure of enjoying his incredible tapas and hospitality, we’re sure you’ll agree that comes as no surprise! (We HIGHLY recommend the black pudding & Sangria 😉)

There are also some brilliant Stonehaven businesses recognised across the other categories.

📚 Jane at But n’ Ben Books is up for New Business of the Year. It’s one of the cosiest little bookshops we’ve stepped into and the perfect place to lose yourself in a new adventure.

🌿 Also shortlisted for New Business of the Year is Gunnar at Bract Botanical. With almost two decades of experience at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, he’s created a wonderful space for plant lovers right here in our community.

It’s already an honour for Fountainhall W**es to be part of these awards, but getting to celebrate alongside so many other brilliant Stonehaven independents will make the occasion even more special.

🍋 Porter’s Modern Classic Gin £32.99
Juniper-led, bright and citrusy, elevated with cold-distilled Buddha’s Hand citron. Brilliant with tonic and a wedge of lime.

🌴 Porter’s Tropical Old Tom Gin £34.99
A slightly sweeter, richer style with cold-distilled passion fruit, guava and white tea. Try it with tonic and fresh passion fruit.
