SOLD OUT BY 2:30!

Huge thanks to everyone who came and found us at Aberdare Food Festival. You had the brisket, the pulled pork and the Smoke House sausage away by half two, and the trays went back to the van scraped clean.

We cook it low 'n' slow over a wood-fired BBQ, and when it's gone, it's gone. Thanks for making it go that fast.
