We're currently hiring for the following positions:

Hay on Wye Shop
👉Apprentice Hours – 37.5 to 40 hours per week to include working Saturdays (day off in week).
👉Saturday Retail Assistant Hours – 8 hours - 7 am until 3 pm

Abergavenny Shop
👉 Part-Time Deli Retail Sales Assistant
in Abergavenny - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7 am until 4pm
👉 Full-Time Apprentice Butcheress/Butcher
in Abergavenny - 37.5 hours to include working Saturdays

Dry ageing takes time, patience and carefully controlled conditions. As the beef ages, moisture is naturally reduced, the flavour becomes richer and the meat becomes beautifully tender.

Some of the beef is lost through moisture and trimmings but what remains is steak with deeper flavour and exceptional texture.

When it comes to great beef, you can’t rush the process.
