Our free range, local turkeys are growing nicely 😍

Orders for our incredible turkeys can be made now - due to the nature of farming there is limited availability for the smaller birds, so please do get in touch asap to get yours ordered.

Smaller end of the scale we can supply are around 10lb/4.5kg and these are very limited.

The logistics of getting to the abattoir can be time consuming and inconvenient. There is no longer a delivery service from the local abattoirs, meaning we have to drive to Wrexham to collect our produce ourselves. But it’s worth the journey every time, because it’s always so exciting when you see the quality and know that you’ve not just settled for wholesale produce 👏🏼

We’ve had the best feedback over the years - succulent, flavoursome and juicy 🙌🏼

More Organic Welsh Black from Dan Lydiate 🏉 is being taken to the abattoir in just over a weeks time 🤩🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🥩

The last beast went down so well with everyone who had some and we sold out before a lot of you could get your hands on it. So please drop us a message if you’d like to preorder a box or any cuts this time around.

We will only be making up boxes upon request. So if you just want individual steaks, joints, stew, mince, burgers etc. this will all be available in any quantity.

Martin Prosser of Cwm Dale Farm Llandysil sent us these pictures the other day and it reminded us how lucky we are to have such top class suppliers.

Dan Lydiate is sending another organic Welsh Black beast for us in the next week and Claire and Dave Francis in Penrhos, Meifod are also sending one of their epic 100% grass fed Aberdeen Angus’ in the next couple of weeks too.

With such incredible feedback on each of our breeds/suppliers, which are you most looking forward to trying?! 🤩
