This weeks pudding of the week and final staff choice is Katys Trio of Lemon Posset, White Chocolate & Raspberry cheesecake and Kinder Bueno Tart. Katy is daughter to Farmer Lloyd and Diana, sister to farmer Dave, better half to Garry and Auntie to Phoebe and is the one who makes these delicious puddings week in week out (as well as all the other food) and without her we would all be starved and sad. We feel this pudding choice will be the pick of the bunch! ☀️
