Today we dispatched another batch of rose vermouth to one of our contract clients. The first batch was 700 bottles, this batch is 1,500!!

We started macerating the fruit & herbs 2 weeks ago in a lovely rose wine from a local vineyard, then filtering & fortifying with neutral spirit.

Last week we started bottling and finished off early doors this morning. Fantastic effort from the distillery team!

You can see the passion Ian has for his wines & the effort that goes into making it a success. Thanks for being a great host and best of luck with harvest season in what has been another tough year for growers this year.

We are just over a month to go to the release of our single malt whisky & we are getting super excited.
