Pell&Co Spirits We're a Norfolk based company creating beautiful gin to shout about! 'Hopton' was our first as we wanted to combine beer and gin!

With the hops my husband uses when brewing his beer, crossed with gin that i love to drink, It seemed like the most natural place to begin. We have only the best distiller working his magic in Cambridgeshire putting his doctorate in biochemistry to very good use! Winning over 18 awards for other spirits he has distilled last year including 'Worlds best Rum'! He produces his own neutral base vodka

made from Norfolk Sugar Beet and then goes on to distill the botanicals at different stages releasing incredible flavour's and removing the unwanted and bitter tastes to produce the finest of spirits. Distilled to the high end of the 'London Dry Gin Standard' at 79% then cut back to 45% using 5 times filtered water, this will be one the smoothest gins around.

I’d love to say I’m super organised, with all my socials up to date, the website live, all the pubs fully stocked, and a beautiful library of images ready to show it off properly…

But that would be far too professional for me.

I do my best, but there are some hats I really have to force myself to wear, and it doesn’t all come naturally to me.

So please bear with me while I work through everything and get this properly out there for you all to enjoy.

In the meantime, Hopped Gin is available now behind the bar at our four sites, and also available to buy as a retail bottle to take home.

Thank you for your patience, support and enthusiasm — I can’t wait for more of you to get your hands on it.

So here we are…HAPPY 10TH BIRTHDAY TO US!🎈🎈🎈

I’m honestly in love all over again with this design and this beautiful bottle.

I wanted to keep the look simple, clean and striking — with hand-drawn hops, crisp white detailing, and a transparent label that lets the bottle speak for itself.

And yes, it’s reusable. We’ve chosen a traditional brown craft beer-style bottle with a swing-top closure, giving it a great weight, a lovely feel in the hand, and a shape that looks just as good on a shelf as it does behind the bar.

It has been an extremely long road to bring this incredible product back, and I really hope you love the new look as much as I do.

I’m always hard on myself when it comes to getting products live. There’s a lot at stake, and the pressure definitely isn’t for the faint-hearted. You’d think it would get easier the more you create, but every run brings its own challenges.

Anyway… I’m just so pleased it’s finally out there for you all to enjoy.

Looking back over the last 10 years of Pell&Co Spirits…

It’s amazing to see how many designs, bottle shapes and little details we’ve created along the way. I’ve always been a very tactile person, so I’ve spent many late nights designing, searching and obsessing over finding the perfect bottle for the perfect serve.

Packaging matters so much. It has to catch your eye, feel special in your hand, and hopefully be beautiful enough to live on long after the last drop has gone.

That’s always been part of the idea for Pell&Co — a bottle that doesn’t just get thrown away, but can be reused, displayed, or simply sit looking pretty among your favourite things at home.

This July marks 10 years of Pell&Co Spirits, and we thought that deserved a proper birthday serve.

Our Hopped gin — the very first product we ever launched Pell&Co with — is making a return. It’s been seen and loved before, and now it’s back with a fresh new design and bottle.

Just a sip to sample the goods! ☺️

It will be available across our pubs and to take home very soon.

She’s the one who pushes me every single day to do good and be better. She’s there when I need to feel it all, listens to all the chaos, and somehow we still end up laughing about the good we have around us.

As business owners, we wear every hat that comes with it—and it’s full-on, day in, day out. She’s my sounding board, my inspiration, and the one who reminds me to just get s**t done.
