WE ARE RECRUITING! - AGRICULTURAL MECHANIC

Due to a team member moving on, we are recruiting an Agricultural Mechanic to join Grosvenor Farms.

This role involves maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment – from tractors and telehandlers to combines and plant machinery – both in the workshop and out in the field. You’ll work closely with farm teams to ensure reliability during critical periods, support planned maintenance, and uphold high standards of safety and care. If you’re practical, reliable and experienced with agricultural machinery, with a full UK driving licence and a proactive approach, we’d love to hear from you.

WE ARE RECRUITING – AGRICULTURAL OPERATOR

Due to a team member moving on, we are recruiting an Agricultural Operator to join Grosvenor Farms.

This role will primarily be the operation of a Bateman RB35 as the lead spray operator, alongside taking responsibility for the combining across 2,000 acres of cereals on a Lexion 780.

This role would suit a self-motivated, organised individual who is flexible to manage their workload around weather windows, given the nature of the role.

Although accommodation is not provided, support can be offered to help the successful candidate source suitable housing from the estate’s local portfolio if required.

Ideally, the successful applicant will be available for the 2026 harvest, however a September start can be considered for the right candidate.
