The cherries don’t always follow the plan 🍒

Once a tray of Cherry Bakewell fudge is poured, the team checks it by hand before it sets. Any gaps are put right, then the surface is levelled again so every bar gets its fair share of cherries.

A small extra step, and one we only need for this flavour.
