🎉 We did it! 🎉

Our amazing team has collectively walked over 60 miles in support of Inverness Women's Aid — and together we’ve raised an incredible £350 for the charity!

We wrapped up the final days of the challenge in style, climbing Fyrish under beautiful sunshine. Some of the team even stumbled across the famous gold-coloured stones featured in the
penultimate challenge of this year’s BBC show The Traitors — a fun surprise to end on!

A huge thank you to everyone on the team for their effort, and an even bigger thank you to all who donated so generously. Your support truly makes a difference.

Now that our miles are done… we think we’ve earned the right to put our feet up! 👣💛

Day 23 of our 28 Steps Challenge!

The team has been out exploring the sights around Alness, and we’ve now clocked up just over 26 miles, well on track to reach our 28‑mile goal by the end of the week! 🚶‍♀️🌿

🌟 Supporting Inverness Women's Aid 🌟

Our team is proud to announce that our chosen charity this year is Inverness Women’s Aid — an organisation making a real difference for women, children and young people across the Highlands.

Inverness Women’s Aid has been providing specialist support since 1979, offering safety, confidential guidance and practical help to those experiencing physical, emotional, sexual or financial abuse.
For many victim-survivors, they are a vital lifeline during moments of crisis, offering a trusted route to safety and informed decision‑making when it matters most.

To show our support, we’ll be taking part in the 28 Steps Challenge organised by the charity. Starting Monday 2nd February, our team will be completing a 28‑minute walk during lunchtime, helping raise awareness and funds for this incredibly important cause. 🚶‍♀️💜

Today, we bid a heartfelt farewell to Richard “Dickie” Kruger, who is retiring after an amazing 28 years with Aquascot. As a skilled and dedicated forklift driver, Dickie has been a valued member of our factory team over the years and will be deeply missed.

To mark this special occasion, Dickie was presented with a custom forklift statue featuring his personal licence plate number—a unique tribute to his hard work and commitment over nearly three decades.

The team also gathered for a tea-time celebration, as we honoured Dickie’s journey with us.

From all of us at Aquascot, thank you, Dickie, for your outstanding service and loyalty. 💙
