We've not posted in a while so we thought we'd better pop something on 😁

Nice full selection on the counter today, blue cheese beef truffles, Lamb en croutes, and our newest addition of chicken Kievs for the quick air fryer teas.😋 Liver, tails, Cheeks, and all stewing cuts in too 🍲

We've also had some more success with another two sausages winning awards and the National Craft Butchers Product Awards where we entered products against butchers from all over the UK, we achieved a Silver award for our Pork and Black Pudding Sausage, and a Gold for our Traditional Plain Pork Sausage 🥳

Finally, we have Christmas order forms now available for anyone wishing to place an order with us 🎄🎅🤶🧑‍🎄🌲

Its got a definite feel of autumn 🍂 out there this week, so we've got a bit more of the stewing and slow cooking cuts in, ox tail, cheek and short ribs, but still burgers and skewers of you're hanging on to summer 😎. On Sunday we attended the 100th Birthday Celebrations for Dalziel Ltd at the Great Yorkshire Showground, in Harrogate. It was our first time attending one of these events, and what a great experience it was. The number of vendors and range of products on show was incredible.The Battle of the Butchers was fantastic to watch, and displays were top drawer from everyone taking part 👏.

Before the event took place we had the opportunity to have some of our products judged and scored, and we're pleased to say we came away with 3 awards for sausages 😀.

We're delighted with the results and will definitely have another crack with some more flavours in the future.
