With the nights drawing in and the temperatures dropping, we thought it was time for some Proper Good comfort food!

Meet the "Don Bolognese" 🍕🤌

We're talking Pecorino, Fior di Latte Mozzarella, rich slow-cooked Bolognese, Fresh Basil. Finished with a Garlic Butter crust and a shower of Parmesan.

An Italian classic, but not as you know it 🍝
