Summer gifting inspiration… the Otium Sparkling Rosé is a sophisticated and delicious addition to any occasion and makes a beautiful gift. A traditional method English sparkling made from our single site in Hampshire - a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier - it has a perfumed and ripe nose, with hints of freshly baked sourdough, ground almonds, fresh redcurrants and peaches and strawberries on the palate.

A huge thank you to our guests who joined us to celebrate the release of our first wines! Here are a few shots of the day. Finally being able to taste and enjoy them was so exciting. It was a very special occasion for us - and meant so much sharing it with so many friends and family, many of whom have helped us get this far! Cheers to the next steps 🥂

A single vineyard cuvée made from our vineyard here in Hampshire - so by nature limited in quantity - we are delighted to see the quality this special site can provide. 'A hint of freshly baked sour dough and ground almonds on the nose, with ripe fresh red currants, peached and strawberries on the palate. Sophisticated and elegant.'
