Using only raw, natural ingredients to create some magic for your mouths. We like to think of ourselves as a Fairy tale. Eating clean doesn't mean you can't enjoy the sweeter things in life especially now that we've fired up some positive vibes in the kitchen and come up with some mouth-watering delights. In todays age we eat so many man-made products which we really have no idea about. That are infact potentially making us far from healthy... Sunday was the Shoreditch Half - and of course I ran it in D*mn Good colours 🏃‍♀️

What a day. Hundreds of people out moving their bodies together, and that instant post-run buzz is exactly the energy we’re about. A reminder to myself, and a message to you: running or any kind of movement is one of the quickest ways to boost your mood and feel D*mn Good in your own skin.

Crunchy, chocolatey, snackable - and apparently also pretty good crumbled over Greek yoghurt and turned into a homemade McFlurry 👀

We’ll be trying that one immediately.
