We are delighted to announce that our Special Edition Gold of Modena with Raspberry has just won a Two Star Gold at the Great Taste awards.
Here are some of the judges comments:-
“This is a pretty pink balsamic dressing with a great intensity of raspberries on the nose. The flavour was fresh and zingy, and the balance of acidity to sweetness was well-judged. This would be an essential store cupboard ingredient.”
“We love this! The balance of sweet and acidity is spot on. The intense raspberry is punchy and in total harmony with the other ingredients. Refreshing and powerful, authentic and lip-smackingly delicious.”
“This is a balsamic vinegar with a lovely colour and a powerful raspberry aroma. In the mouth there are sweet and sour flavours which are well balanced.”
