Highland Boundary

Highland Boundary Wild Scottish Spirit - A new generation of spirits capturing flavours of the Scottish wilderness.

Highland Boundary captures the unique flavours of nevel Scottish botanicals, distilling them into wild-inspired natural spirits with new remarkable flavours. Our spirits are crafted through a combination of infusion and distillation in copper stills and use a wide variety of hand-picked Scottish flora. Highland Boundary spirits will appeal to gin and vodka drinkers and are great additions to your

cocktail cabinet. We take our name from the Highland Boundary fault that splits the lowlands from the Highlands of Scotland. By combining grain grown in the fertile lowlands with the untamed flavours of the Highlands we are distilling a new generation of Scottish spirits.

Surprise your Summer with sloe. Our Birch and Sloe liqueur is made to be an all-year-around drink. The fruity sloes work beautifully with the foresty-fresh birch. Lovely over ice, in a spritz or prosecco and in other cocktails. Give sloe a go this summer!

Our products are all made with sustainably hand-foraged wild Scottish plants. We carefully pick everything that goes in to our botanical spirits, liqueurs, bitters and syrups. Nothing imported - it's all about our own nature and a focus on quality. Have you tried Highland Boundary nature-based products yet? Release your wild side.

Here's a chance for existing and new followers to Highland Boundary to take a look around our regenerative farm and understand what we do and why we do it.

We're based at Kirklandbank Farm just outside of beautiful Alyth in Perthshire. We sit on the geological divide between the Highlands and Lowlands of Scotland on the Highland Boundary fault line and have stunning views over Strathmore and a large part of East Scotland.

We have added back the biodiversity to the farm, practice regenerative farming and now use those native wild Scottish plants to pioneer nature-based products for Scotland.

This is about reconnecting people back to the landscape of Scotland through rediscovering lost flavours and experiencing new ones. Exploring and understanding how these plants play an important part in our culture helps people appreciate landscape and how we can restore it Scotland and beyond.

We use only sustainably hand-picked wild Scottish plants to make a range of spirits, liqueurs, syrups and bitters. We have innovated with a wide set of techniques to extract the flavours we really want to capture and highlight. Pioneering something different means we focus on quality. We want every product to be an exceptional representation of wild Scotland. Products that surprise and delight customers.

We love to collaborate with like-minded people and organisations. We are always open to learning, experimenting and innovating. We love to discuss with people what we are doing and why and we love to see customers enjoy the products we make.

We'd like to thank all the customers, partners and our local community who've supported us since launch. We can't do this without you and are genuinely grateful.

We hope you enjoy this video, narrated by Marian, our founder, and if you'd like to come and visit us then look for tours online and if you'd like to collaborate with us or think we can help then please reach out.

Rosebay flowers are coming towards the end of season but we're still picking some. They produce a beautiful botanical syrup that is reminiscent of pomegranate or hibiscus - a lovely mix of fruity and floral with little, fresh, earthy note. Lovely diluted, in mocktails, cocktails and drizzled over ice cream. Grab some now and be prepared to be surprised.

Who loves a Hugo Spritz? We love the floral fresh flavours of a Hugo and have been serving them up for a few years in our Wild Cocktail Bar. Our Birch and Elderflower liqueur is packed full of elderflower. The birch helps cut through the low sugar liqueur to bring a lovely fresh note. Grab some now and taste the summer.
