Wild Scottish Spirit - A new generation of spirits capturing flavours of the Scottish wilderness.

Highland Boundary captures the unique flavours of nevel Scottish botanicals, distilling them into wild-inspired natural spirits with new remarkable flavours. Our spirits are crafted through a combination of infusion and distillation in copper stills and use a wide variety of hand-picked Scottish flora. Highland Boundary spirits will appeal to gin and vodka drinkers and are great additions to your cocktail cabinet. We take our name from the Highland Boundary fault that splits the lowlands from the Highlands of Scotland. By combining grain grown in the fertile lowlands with the untamed flavours of the Highlands we are distilling a new generation of Scottish spirits.

Lovely time of year in the orchard here at Highland Boundary.

We planted a range of old varieties of Scottish apples, some plum trees and cherry trees. We also took the opportunity to sow a wild flower meadow under the fruit trees, so it's a lovely part of the farm to spend time in at any time of year and full of biodiversity.

Fruit trees are wonderful plants and we're lucky to have had the space to plant an orchard and meet the people who care about old varieties of Scottish fruit trees that thrive in our climate.

We will be at the Crieff Food and Drink Festival and their opening event, the Artisan Food and Drink Market this Saturday between 10am and 4pm at The Steading, Crieff. There are loads of local artisan producers, so come along, taste the finest that Perthshire has to offer and meet the team.

We love as the season changes to Autumn and the colours shift in Perthshire to golds, ambers and rusty reds. The green chlorophyll in birch leaves fades to reveal the underlying yellow carotenoid pigments and the leaves fall to create a blanket of soft gold on the ground. What do you love about Autumn?
