We’ll stop making tomato cocktails soon (promise)

DIRTY TOMATINI🍸

🍅 You will need:
6 x cherry tomatoes
Fresh basil leaves
5ml lemon juice
Pinch of salt
50ml OAG London Dry
15ml dry vermouth
5ml olive brine
1 tsp white w**e vinegar
Crack of black pepper
Olive oil (optional)

🫒 How to:
Add 5 x tomatoes, basil, lemon juice, salt to your shaker and muddle
Add the gin, vermouth, olive brine, white w**e vinegar to your mixture
Add ice and shake well
Double strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with a cherry tomato, a few drops of olive oil and a crack of black pepper

Tomato lovers, this is for you!

OAG TOMATO SPRITZ 🍅
(Makes one)

45ml OAG London Dry
3 x cherry tomatoes
1/2 a lemon squeezed
22.5ml sugar syrup
Pinch of salt
1 x tsp olive oil
2 x basil leaves
Crack of black pepper
Garnished with cherry tomatoes and basil leaves
Muddle ingredients, shake well with ice, double strain and top with soda (we used )

It’s blackberry season!

Let’s make an OAG Blackberry & Mint Smash with some wild blackberries from the garden. (But first, we must pay the blackberry tax 🐕)

OAG BLACKBERRY & MINT SMASH
(makes one)

5 x blackberries
5 x mint leaves
50ml OAG London Dry
20ml fresh lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
Top with soda (optional)

Muddle the blackberries & mint, add the OAG, lemon juice & sugar syrup, shake with ice, then double strain over crushed ice. Top with soda (optional), then garnish with blackberries and a sprig of mint.

6 x slices of cucumber & 6 x basil leaves
22.5ml lemon juice
22.5ml sugar syrup
Garnished with cucumber ribbons & basil leaves
Topped with soda
