Today has been a day of mooching around 😂
Popped up to Pembrey Country park to see the motor show, said hello to a few of the traders there, then off to Carmarthen and spotted Geeks Bakes and Treats!
Then off to Caban Traeth Pentywyn - Caban Pendine Sands to run the dogs on the beach then dinner in the hotel ❤️
Soup Dragon has officially switched off for my birthday 🎂

Been a bit 'radio silence' in the Soup Dragon house, sorry!
I've been suffering with an awful toothache and it's taken me 2 days to get an emergency NHS dental appointment because as we know, getting an NHS dentist nowadays is impossible 😢
I finally got seen today at Llandovery Dental Practice and needed an extraction, what can I say! Llandovery Sheep Festival & Llandovery Market and Tabletop Sale aren't the only fantastic things about llandovery!
That dentist was amazing! I'm blown away at how much they cared and put me at ease ❤️
Now I'm on a diet of soup ironically but feeling better already!

We'll see you all in 2 weeks now as it's my birthday next weekend so I'm having a wee break!
Now Neil gets me cooking for him finally 😂
He's getting a roast chicken dinner and a homemade apple pie from our apples in the garden ❤️

I want to do more for my community, let's get Soup Dragon food to more people!
You all know I can cook, you all know I have a 5 ⭐ rating, do you know who'd like a proper Sunday roast dinner made by me?
The collections would be College Street.
I'm thinking proper locally sourced roast longhorn beef, crispy fluffy homemade roasties, mashed swede, steamed cabbage, carrots, buttery mash, lashings of proper red w**e gravy and of course, homemade Yorkshire puddings!
Don't like beef? How about flavourful juicy roast chicken with stuffing too?
How about topping it off with proper traditional dessert too?
Homemade apple pie and custard?

Would there be a call for this locally?

That gorgeous Welsh pork in proper Welsh c***r slow cooked for about 20hrs!
I made my secret recipe bbq sauce, pulled it & combined it and now I have 9lts of it ready for the Llandovery Sheep Festival
THIS SATURDAY!
Great free family day out!

Carreg Cennen Castle, Official Site supplied my latest beef box and in it were THE BEST longhorn cattle short ribs 😋
Slow cooked in Guinness with home grown veggies on a mound of buttery mustard mash!
