These are our four beautiful rescue ponies, we are very lucky to be able to give them a home. They will all live out their days here being ponies in their natural environment.

We have rewilded all our land over a number of years and have lots of herbal and medicinal plants.

Our ponies now go to which plant they need which I find absolutely amazing.

It is an honour to be perfectly honest to share our lives with them.

Just so you know every order that you place through our website, some of the money from that order goes into our animal sanctuary for our horses.

Hi Everyone,

Hope you're all well.

We’ve got a new comfort-food recipe to share with you: creamy vegan mac and cheese made with Spread Sensation, and it’s gluten-free too.

It’s rich, satisfying, and simple to make — perfect for a quick lunch, family dinner, or cosy evening meal.

What you’ll need

1 450g bag Gluten-free macaroni.
1 tbsp Spread Sensation. 
1 pint Unsweetened plant milk.
2 tsp Garlic powder.
1 tsp english Mustard.
2 tbsp Flavour fusion Garlic or Original 
1 tbsp Lemon juice.
Black pepper.

Method

Cook the gluten-free macaroni until tender.
Warm the plant milk with Spread Sensation, garlic, mustard, and lemon juice.
Stir in nutritional yeast and season to taste.
Mix through the pasta and serve hot with parsley on top.

Best eaten fresh but you can freeze the cooked Mac and Cheese for up to three months.

In other news we have seen lots of painted lady butterflies as well as lots of pollinators.
