I started making Tomato Martinis (To-martinis? 🍅🍸) last Christmas, and honestly, regular martinis are dead to me now.

​If you love a savory cocktail, you need to try this. It’s fresh, herbaceous, and deeply elite.

​Here’s how to make it:

🍅 Step 1: Cut a handful of cherry tomatoes in half and toss them into a shaker.

🌿 Step 2: Add 2 basil leaves, 60ml Wessex Spirits Vodka, 25ml Vermouth, a pinch of flaked salt, and a small drizzle of olive oil. (Pro tip: We used truffle salt and truffle oil because we like to pretend we’re fancy, and wow, highly recommend).

💥 Step 3: Muddle the tomatoes to release all that flavor, add a scoop of ice, and shake. A lot. Like, aggressively.

✨ Step 4: Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a basil leaf.
