Yesterday at The Crown Inn, Ludgershall we were so busy getting food out that we somehow managed to get hardly any photos or videos of the finished food 🙈

Oak-smoked brisket, melted cheddar, pickled red onion, gherkins & crispy onions.

🔥 FIRE Pulled Pork Roll — £12
Oak-smoked pulled pork tossed in our Carolina vinegar sauce, pickled red onion & crispy pork crackling.

🔥 Brisket, Cheese & Jalapeño Hotlink — £9
Served in a toasted roll with pickled red onion & crispy onions.

All three come with FIRE slaw & our brisket beans. 🔥
