Art at the Winery
Our Summer art exhibition opened yesterday and attracted a lot of interest. This year's exhibition will see the welcome return of some of the most popular Eden Valley artists that have appeared at the winery over the past eight years. The theme this year is ‘Favourites’ and allows our artists to emphasise their favourite views and subjects. The exhibition is open every Thursday - Sunday (10am - 5pm) for the next two months. Refreshments will also be available. Come along and enjoy.

Art at the Winery
This year the summer exhibition at High Cup Winery takes on a possibly tempestuous theme. Entitled Eden Elements, artists’ work features the weather in the Eden Valley. The Eden Valley can be idyllic if the sun is shining and it is calm; however, introduce some wind, rain or snow and the Valley takes on quite a different feel and perspective, most noticeably when the Helm Wind blows strongly from the east.

Twenty local artists from the valley and surrounding areas have agreed to interpret the theme using a variety of different media. The result is an exhibition which has something for everyone. Prices of the art range from a few pounds for cards, prints and smaller works to several hundred pounds for larger pieces.

The exhibition runs to 31st August, Thursday – Sunday inclusive, 11.00 am – 5.00 pm. More details at www.highcupwines.co.uk
