We will be serving our Hong Shao Rou — Chinese-Style Braised Pork Belly 🥢at Appledore Farmers’ market on the 5th and at the Water Festival in Bideford on the 6th September

Chinese Briaised Pork Belly
Slow-cooked until wonderfully tender, our pork belly is braised in a rich, savoury soy sauce with aromatic spices and a touch of sweetness.

The result? Melt-in-your-mouth pork with beautifully caramelised edges and an irresistibly rich sauce. 🤎

Pair it with steamed rice and let the sauce soak right in… pure comfort in every bite. 🍚✨
