Firstly, a huge thanks to for running this piece. We’re overwhelmed and so thankful!

There’s a lot changing in the taproom and lots to sort out in the brewing area. Things are starting to take shape and it’s getting really exciting thinking about having you at the taproom and building a community around great beer and conversations.

A lot of almosts going on! 🤣

We have tanks on a brew floor, the toilets are starting to come together (once we have toilets and sinks of course), the bar is taking shape, and the stage is being set.

Week 1 recap!

WE HAVE LIFT OFF! 🚀

Or at least we’re at the official starting line. It’s been a pretty full on week with a ton of thanks to give, but for now I can confidently tell you we will be at Lockey Farm in Arborfield Cross!

There is a lot to sort out and I want to keep you all in the loop. Right now, we have a room full of brew kit until the floor is in and we can move it into place. Lots to build and I’m so grateful to have you all along for the journey!

I’ll be uploading another video soon with a tour of the building so you can all see the ‘before photos’ 🍻

So…plans change and that’s okay. We’re very excited about this one!

We’ll have another update to break down the who, what, where, why and how this happened soon, but for now, we are the proud owners of a brew kit!

A little update…

1. We signed up to as a tool to process payments online and in the taproom.

2. Talking to gave us some incredible insight and they are truly marketing gurus!

3. It’s like treasure island in our houses at the moment! We’ve got loads of interesting bits ready to find a home for in the taproom.

4. Thank you! 🙏 hats off to everyone who’s bought a cap 🧢

We are still going back and forth to get the lease worked out, but there’s LOTS going on and we appreciate everyone who’s followed, shared, liked and spoken to friends and family about our journey…we’re all in this together and can’t wait to raise our glasses to you all in the future. 🍻❤️

Thanks to everyone who tried to buy the hat off my head. Now you can! You inspired me to make some.

We’ll be keeping around 20 for the taproom, which means there are roughly 18 or 19 available to grab in advance based on the messages so far. While we’re still working on the website, just drop us a DM. We’ll send over the details for payment and get a hat out to you.

Thank you again for all the support so far. We’re right at the start of the story, and it feels really special having you along for the journey.

A little update…

Lots of licensing applications and tax registrations. The not so rock n roll side, but very important!

Hats are here (more on that soon, but they’re looking so sick!)

Playlist wise - we’re open to suggestions! what’s your favourite rainy day banger? Sunny evening chilled song? We want the place to have some really eclectic and fun vibes.

Huge thanks to Steve and Jim at Alfred's Brewery for giving me loads of gems!

Jim has over a decade of heavyweight brewing experience and his knowledge of processes, science, techniques and ingredients (the list goes on) continues to blow my mind!

The golden ale Jim brewed features Columbus and Idaho 7 from Crosby Hops and had the building smelling amazing. It’ll be cask only and available in the Wi******er area soon!

I appreciate everyone sharing and following our journey. There’s lots going on behind the scenes, which we’ll be able to share soon!
