We are a close-knit team that works well together. Our team includes people with a variety of backgrounds, views, and beliefs, so we are looking for someone who is open-minded, receptive, and able to work positively with others.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have a good eye for detail
- Be physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Hold a full, current driving license.
- Be reliable and organised.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Be willing to show a degree of flexibility when required.

Good food starts with farmers being treated fairly.

Food grown with care deserves to be valued.

That’s why we work closely with our farmers and suppliers and make sure they are paid fairly for the work they do. Growing food properly, organically, and with care for the land takes time, skill and commitment.

We believe that should be supported.

Alongside the food itself, we also try to offer something a little different.

When we deliver, there’s often a chat at the door.
If you have a question about a product, we’ll do our best to answer it.
And when you shop with us, you know the food has been chosen thoughtfully and sourced responsibly.

For us, it’s about more than just food.

It’s about supporting farmers, caring for the soil, and building relationships with the people we serve.

And we’re very grateful to everyone who chooses to be part of that.

Imperfectly perfect, and proudly organic.

We all choose to buy organic for our own reasons.
For some, it’s health.
For others, it’s the environment.
For some, it’s about soil, biodiversity, animal welfare, or simply taste.
And for many, it’s a mixture of all of it, plus something that’s hard to put into words.
What we love is that every choice is personal.

Here at Macleod Organics, we’re a collective of individuals. Amongst us you’ll find a wide mixture of beliefs around politics, sport, humour, life in general. We don’t all think the same, and we don’t try to.
But there’s one thing we are united in.
We are deeply passionate about growing, consuming, and distributing organic food.

Each of us has our own reasons for caring about it. Some came to it through health. Some through environmental concern. Some through experience. Some through instinct. But the shared thread is this, we believe that how food is grown matters.
We’re imperfectly perfect, just like the wonderful organic produce that is grown!

It’s often the small actions that matter most.
