This week, we commence a new project at Kellies!

Something that’s been in the pipeline for well over a year now 🙈 It’s caused plenty of headaches already and I’m sure there’s plenty more to come!

As I approach 9 years in business, I find myself sitting on a pile of wood, coffee in hand, taking a moment to rein myself in.

I spend so much time focusing on the next job, the next challenge or the next problem to solve that I sometimes forget just how crazy this wee journey has been.

For the first time since starting Kellies, I’m investing in the ‘behind the scenes’ side of the business that many of you never even see.

If you didn’t know, all of our traybakes, cookies and scones are made by us in a very well outgrown family kitchen! It’s served us well over the years, but it’s finally time for our own little bakery 👨🏼‍🍳⏲️

I’m excited to share a few sneak peeks with you over the coming months and bring you along on the journey because after all, without your support, none of this would be happening.
