Hello, lovely people. How amazing has this weather been?

We are super excited to be opening again for the season, and even more excited to be expanding our team!

2 x Kitchen assistants required (Fort William)

These roles include daily food preparation and serving at the hatch.
The ideal candidate would have some kitchen experience with knowledge of health and hygiene. Must have exceptional levels of cleanliness at all times and work well under pressure.
We will provide relevant training and courses for the required certification for this role.
Pay will depend on experience and will be negotiable for the right candidate.

Hello!
Just a little update from us…
We will be closed at the lay-by until spring time.
We are on the lookout for a nice wee sheltered pitch over winter - preferably, but not limited to, the fort William area. So if you know of any good spots, please let us know!
In the meantime, we will be catering for private events so we will see some of you around!

The weather gave us a bit of a break so we are open now and serving breakfast wraps and baps all through lunch as well as the usual favourites.
Please note we will be closing at 2pm today to prep for a private function this evening.

Can you spot the deer on the hill? It’s rutting season just now and what a noise they are making! Hearing them is a first for me!

Taking the breakfast game to another level this weekend. If you are just rising after an awesome feis na Mara and in desperate need of some scran and a cold can of irn bru, look no further.

Soooo trying to make a heart shaped chocolate sprinkle on top of a cappuccino in gale force winds, funnily enough didn’t quite go to plan 😂

On the bright side, we are delighted to be serving award winning Coffee Knoydart from the van.
