We’re looking for reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic people to join our team at our egg packing factory!
📍 Location: Darkley Mills
💷 Salary: National Minimum Wage depending on age
🕗 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
📅 Full-time position
🥚 The Role
As a Factory Operative, you’ll be part of our egg packing team, helping to ensure eggs are packed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Your duties will include:
✅ Operating and monitoring packing machinery
✅ Sorting and packing eggs
✅ Checking product quality
✅ Labelling and preparing products for dispatch
✅ Keeping work areas clean and tidy
✅ Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
✅ Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
✅ Carrying out other general factory duties as required

Previous factory or food production experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right person.
