ish of Dromintee, Co Armagh. All of our Dexters are 100% grass fed and have access to pastures 365 days a year. We believe in nature friendly, regenerative farming practises. We are a small family farm with a small herd of animals. That means we can ensure direct traceability for our meat and have a low carbon footprint. We are now selling occasional premium cuts of Dexter Beef to the public through our meat box scheme and we can also cater for specific orders to suit individual needs. Our selection contains a variety of cuts including steaks, roasts, mince, steak pieces and burgers. We are members of the Dexter Cattle Society and our herd is registered under their Pedigree Dexter Beef Mark Certification Scheme.
