✨ CHRISTMAS CHUTNEY ✨

You’ve asked so many times about a Christmas Chutney workshop so I’ve decided to do one! Please note this might be the only one depending on my busy schedule. ONLY 12 spaces available.

Come along and learn how to make chutney from beginning to end in this great foodie experience. You’ll get the recipe, a free pot and a cheese 🧀 board will be provided. We will also be serving up locally produced drinks, crisps, tea/coffee, festive fruit cordial and ofcourse our award winning Christmas pudding.

This event is in the farm house at 2pm on the 31st of October. Shopping before or after in the farmshop is also available.

✨ GLUTEN FREE ✨

Gluten free sticky toffee puddings are now available! (From now on - I promise).

Please note it is the same great tasting pudding - no taste compromise. The sponge is now gf and it is the exact same toffee sauce.

These will be in gold basins (not clear) so you will easily know the difference but I repeat they just taste the same as the non gf and that is amazing!!! 🤩

These have been gf certified so I’m not just saying this. Available from our farmshop today and going to a shop near you soon.

✨ Christmas in a Cup ✨

Everyone was loving this yesterday! We were sampling yesterday at the market and in the Visitor Information Centre. Only available to buy so far from me or Bushmills Meat Centre.
Locally produced. One bottle makes 4. Delicious 😋.

✨ BUSHMILLS ✨

What a busy Saturday!

We had a more than FULLY BOOKED sourdough experience today in the farmshop! I am so sorry I missed all of you but I heard good reports of a great time had by all.

Today in Bushmills was extremely busy. I was so glad Aimee (my daughter) came to help. We served Mrs McFerrans, sampled Mrs McFerrans and sold many bottles. We served lots of Xmas puds with custard so many that we ran out of spoons - someone kindly gave us green spoons! We almost sold out of sticky toffee puds and SOLD OUT of Christmas puds.
