We have split the most recent batch of our Hugger Mugger IPA. Some will be carbonated and go into kegs and cans but we have also filled two firkins that will now spend the next stage cask conditioning and carbonating

It’s our first time with this process so I have decided that going forward we will also be doing a 5L one so we always have a sample to test to see how it comes out before passing to pubs and bars

As a newbie it was the best way I could think 🤔

One of the things I like about having my own little brewery is how innovative you have to be pretty much all the time 😀

A little jig to hang my can filler on the front of the fermenters so it’s easier to can (I hope)

We know we have a long way to go to get our beers out to more pubs and bars and to create new ones but thank you to all the establishments that have so far given us the opportunity

The new (to us) cask washer is in and tested. Let’s give some cask beers a try

Testing, Testing ………

The new (to us) cask washer is working so it’s time for us to progress to try our hand at cask conditioned ales.

We have a best bitter on the plan so that is likely to be our first.
