We’re excited to introduce something special from Amy — a Norimaki Masterclass you can enjoy in your own home.
Amy will come to your house and guide you through the art of making authentic Japanese norimaki sushi rolls. During the class you’ll learn the techniques used in Japan while choosing from a selection of fresh ingredients to create your own rolls.
It’s relaxed, hands-on and perfect for small groups of friends, celebrations, or anyone who loves Japanese food.

You can also add a Private Izakaya Dining Experience after the class.
Amy will cook on site and serve a selection of informal Japanese sharing dishes, inspired by the atmosphere of a traditional izakaya — Japan’s casual dining bars where great food is shared together.
